The notorious instigator of propagation, Mike Hanes, has been apprehended by authorities after six years of evading capture and using the internet as a bully pulpit to shame audiences into listening to his podcast. Unconfirmed reports say Hanes turned himself in after seeing this picture of himself on a Wanted Poster. Apparently he knew capture was inevitable, as the picture could only have been taken moments before he, himself, saw the photo at his local post office where he was purchasing his typical roll of 2¢ stamps.

Upon his arrival at the Hanes Quandry headquarters (HQhq), he reportedly told agents, “when I saw it, I thought, now that is dissemination. I can’t compete with that.”
The capture of Hanes may lead to serious changes in dissemination law. We all wait, with bated breath.
Oprah and the President of the United States are expected to hold press conferences today regarding Hanes’ future. One will be advocating his release and that he be allowed to continue his crusade for dissemination and one will seeking his permanent confinement in carbonite, a fitting end to such a rogue of the airwaves.
